Ok Tedi Power Limited
Ok Tedi Power Limited (OTPL) is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Ok Tedi Mining Limited.It was incorporated on 12th of June, 2014 after the PNG Sustainable Development Program (PNGSDP) transferred its Western Power assets, including Kiunga Pawa and mini grid facilities and staff in the Western Province to the Fly River Provincial Government in February 2014. OTPL will manage the Kiunga power operation and mini grids covering Ningerum, Balimo, Tutuwe, Middle Fly and South Fly.

Ok Tedi Australia PTY Limited (OTA) is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Ok Tedi Mining Limited located at Northgate, Brisbane, Australia. OTA is the marketing and Australian logistics arm of Ok Tedi mining operation with the marketing team based in Brisbane and is fondly described as the gateway to international markets. Ok Tedi’s marketing team assumes control of the copper concentrate produced by the mine from the time the final product is filtered and stockpiled at Kiunga. This copper concentrate is the final metal bearing product sold to international smelters. The company also controls the freight consolidation and onwards shipment to PNG using both OTML and liner vessels and also houses the data disaster recovery centre at the Brisbane office.
