Peter Graham | Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
Peter is a chemical engineer by profession and holds a Bachelor and Master’s degrees from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. He twice attended executive management programs with the IMEDE in Switzerland and in New Jersey, USA.
Prior to joining OTML, Peter was the Managing Director of ExxonMobil PNG Limited for seven years in which he successfully delivered the country’s first Liquefied Natural Gas project.
He has over 27 years of experience working for the ExxonMobil Corporation whereby he started with ExxonMobil working in coal mining initially as General Manager, Lemington Coal Mines Limited at Singleton NSW, General Manager Ulan Coal Joint Venture at Mudgee, NSW, and Managing Director, Exxon Coal and Minerals Australia based in Sydney.
 
He also managed Monterey Coal Mines’ two large underground coal mines in Illinois, USA before moving to Houston, Texas as the Engineering Department Manager looking after the engineering and operations of coal operations in Australia, Colombia and the USA, and copper operations in Chile (Companie Minera Disputada), power investments in Hong Kong, and mine engineering due diligence of tar sands operations in Canada.
 
He then moved into project management roles, commercializing natural gas in PNG in which he was based in Brisbane for three years working on the PNG Pipeline to Australia Project before converting that project to the PNG LNG project.
 
Peter was born in Townsville and grew up in Queensland, completing high school at Ipswich Grammar School.
Musje Werror | Deputy Chief Executive Officer / General Manager Employee & External Relations
Musje assumed the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer on April 09th 2015. Prior to this appointment, he was General Manager Employee and External Relations and most recently Chief Operating Officer.
He is from Madang and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. In 2010 he attained a Masters of Business Administration from Divine Word University (DWU) in Madang and a Masters of Professional Accounting from DWU and the Australian Catholic University.
 
He joined OTML under the Graduate Development Scheme in 1988 and has worked in various roles with the company for the last 20 years.
 
Musje also holds the following positions: Chairman OTML Australia, Director OTDF, Director North Fly Rubber Limited and Patron of St. Johns Tabubil Branch.
 
His motto in life is to 'make a difference'.
Derrick Kelly | General Manager Mining
Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Geology & Geotechnics and is a Registered Professional Geoscientist.
Derrick has over 15 years experience in geotechnical & mining engineering and project management and has worked as an engineering consultant on several projects around Papua New Guinea including Lihir and Hidden Valley.
Since joining OTML in 2009, he has held various positions within the company including Executive Manager Kiunga/Bige Operations.
Greg Moore
Greg Moore| General Manager Processing

Greg commenced with OTML in May 2015 to lead the SAG 2 replacement project. He was appointed to General Manager Processing in June 2017.

 

Greg holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Metallurgy) Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance Management and Investment.

 

He's worked in mines in New Zealand, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Tasmania and Western Australia. Greg has also worked at other mines in PNG - New Guinea Gold Fields (Wau), Porgera and Lihir.

 

Greg is based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia on a small farm with horses and cattle.

 

His favourite pastimes include watching the Richmond Tigers (AFL) win, hunting in the bush with his son and sitting in front of a bondfire at home.

 

 

Mark Thompson | General Manager Business Support 
Mark has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Master of Engineering Science (Geomachanics) and a Graduate Certificate in Minerals Industry Risk Management.
Mark has over 30 years experience in the mining and construction industry in Australia, PNG, Canada, USA, Indonesia and Tanzania.
He started work in PNG with the Porgera Gold Mine from 1992 to 1996. He also worked with the Lihir Gold Mine from 2006 to 2011.
Cameron Clark | General Manager Business Improvement
Cameron brings to OTML more than 25 years of business experience, including 17 years in management roles in the mineral resources, technology, and liquor industries in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.
Cameron holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and is a member of both CPA Australia and CPA PNG.
Melissa Wrightson
Melissa Wrightson | General Manager Commercial / Company Secretary & Public Officer 
Melissa brings to OTML more than 25 years of business experience, including 20 years in the mining industry in Australia, Africa and Central America, where she worked in senior roles at the mines in Western Australia, Tanzania, Zambia and Panama.
She was recently appointed by the OTML Board to the role of Company Secretary, and also holds the statutory role of OTML Public Officer.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia and is a member of both CPA Australia and CPA PNG.
 
She is also a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Governance Institute of Australia.
 
Kedi Illimbit
Kedi Illimbit | General Manager Asset Management 
Kedi holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the PNG University of Technology, a Diploma in Management (Front Line Supervision), a Graduate Diploma in Maintenance Management and is currently doing his Masters in Engineering (Asset Manahement).
Kedi Joined OTML through the Graduate Development Scheme in 1995 where he started with the Purchasing & Warehouse in his first year and during his second year he joined Mine Maintenance.
Kedi also worked with several BHP Biliton mines performing various roles as Manager Maintenance, Manager Processing and Maintenance Superintendent.
 
He was previously employed as Mamager Mobile Assets with Cliffs Natural Resources at their Koolynobbing Iron Ore operations in Western Australia.
 
Kedi was General Manager Processing at OTML before his appointment in March 2017 to General Manager Asset Management.
 
Kedi is from Oksapmin, but calls Brisbane home these days.
