Ok Tedi Mining Limited (OTML) notes recent public commentary regarding the CMCA Extension Agreement (EA) 2012 and related matters. These issues are currently before the Court. OTML respects the legal process and will not comment on the merits while proceedings remain sub judice.

We confirm that the CMCA EA 2025 endorsements by the nine CMCA regions occurred on 4 November 2025. Any further legislative or regulatory steps will proceed consistently with the Court’s orders and applicable law. OTML will continue to operate in compliance with existing legal requirements and any directions of the Court.
